Brian Erhahon – CEO / Team Leader
As the leader of KW N. Tustin, he implements the OP’s vision to build the market center to profitability and attain dominate market share in Orange County. Through the application of the KW Growth Initiative tools, Brian achieves goals for appointments, recruiting, and profitability. More responsibilities of the Team Leader are his obligations to coach agents within the market center, direct leadership for increased productivity and retention, and also to orchestrate sales meetings with inspiration and morale.
Nicole Brown – CFO / Market Center Administrator
As the MCA, Nicole’s job responsibilities cover three specific areas: administrative systems, operations of the market center (including staff and facilities), and accounting support. The MCA will assist in all aspects of the office financials including disbursements, accounts receivable, Profit Share, Greensheets, commissions, and market center reports.
Sara Campbell – Director of Growth
The Director of Growth assists with the Productivity Coaching Program to help agents grow their business. She also facilitates the KW Real Estate School, assists students to apply for DRE exam, as well as recruiting new agents to help grow the office. When she’s not recruiting, Sara coordinates and organizes large scale training and charity events.
Tracie Damron – Director of First Impressions
As the first source of contact for our office, Tracie provides support to our agents & leadership team. She oversees communication systems, assists in organizing special events, and acts as a liaison between agents and the Leadership Team.
Margot Ganatta – Director of Agent Services
As the Director of Agent Services, Margot’s focus is centered around 3 key components: (1) Agent training and implementation specific to KW technology, tools, systems & models, (2) Agent onboarding as agents join our company and (3) Creating and maintaining a business environment and culture where agents feel appreciated, motivated, and generally love coming to work. She is your point of contact for all questions Keller Williams, Keller Williams N. Tustin, the DRE, and the Board of Realtors.
Sandy Mehr-Froehlich – Chief Advisory Officer/ Mentor
Our Chief Advisory Officer (CAO) is available to assist agents with transactional questions and DRE compliance. Sandy also provides the added benefit to our agents by providing hands-on training as a personal mentor to help agents navigate through complex real estate transactions, legal disclosures, contingency deadlines, negotiations, and prepare for client appointments and much more.
Colleen Rogers – Operating Principal
As the Operating Principal, Colleen sets the market center’s vision and holds leadership accountable to market center goals for growth, profitability, productivity and culture. She is the liaison between Market Center, Region, and KWRI and attends numerous trainings and seminars to maintain KW N. Tustin as an highly productive market center.
Erik Messinger – Broker of Record
The main focus of the Broker of Record is to keep KW N. Tustin compliant with both the Department of Real Estate (DRE) and California Association of Realtors (CAR). Oversight and responsibility for agents achieving best practice compliance is achieved through agent education, dispute resolution, contract training, transaction guidance and, and proper documentation and disclosure on transaction files.
